摘要
以矿物油MVI600和轻脱油为基础油,利用硬脂酸和苯甲酸与异丙醇铝或三异丙醇三氧铝反应制备复合铝基润滑脂,探讨了基础油、硬脂酸、异丙醇铝或三异丙醇三氧铝、苯甲酸等组成及制备工艺对复合铝基润滑脂性能的影响,并通过组成和工艺条件的优化制备出性能优良的复合铝基润滑脂。其润滑脂具有良好的抗水性、胶体安定性、高温性和防锈性。
Taking mineral oil MVI600 and light deasphalted oil as base oil,aluminum complex grease was produced by stearic acid and benzoic acid reacting with aluminum isopropoxide or three isopropyl alcohol aluminum trioxide.Effects of the compositions of base oil,stearic acid,aluminum isopropoxide or three isopropyl alcohol aluminum trioxide,and benzoic acid on properties of aluminum complex grease were discussed.And the high-performance aluminum complex grease was obtained by optimizing technological conditions.The lubricating grease has good water resistance,colloidal stability,high temperature resistance and rust resistance.
