摘要
热熔压敏胶(Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive,简称HMPSA)是以热塑性高聚物为基料、集热熔胶和压敏胶的特点于一体,无溶剂、无污染且使用比较方便的一类胶黏剂。采用克拉玛依稠油高压加氢工艺生产的深精制重质环烷基基础油,通过加入特殊添加剂配方,研制开发了KJN360胶黏剂专用油,生产的热熔压敏胶产品,经过用户反馈,产品在气味、颜色和渗油性、剥离强度等指标上都有优异的性能表现。
Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive is a kind of adhesive,whose raw material is thermoplastic high polymer,has the characteristic of hot melt adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive with no solvent,no pollution and easy to use.Adopting deeply refined heavy naphthenic base oil produced from Karamay thick crude oil with high pressure hydrogenation process,the KJN360 adhesive special oil was developed with particular complex additives formulation.According to the user feedback,the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive produced by KJN360 has excellent performances in many respects of smell,color,oil permeability and peel strength.
