摘要
对6种不同类型汽轮机油进行了高温氧化试验。在实验过程中采用旋转氧弹、FTIR法、RULER以及酸值等试验方法对汽轮机油氧化过程中的氧弹保持性、抗氧剂消耗、油泥析出、酸值增加等进行了考察。分析了汽轮机油配方组成对其氧化安定性的影响,各种测试方法在分析油品氧化情况时具有的特点,提出了监测汽轮机油氧化衰减是比较科学的方法。
High temperature oxidation test was conducted on six different types of turbine oils.RPVOT retention,antioxidant consumption,sludge precipitation and acid number increase were investigated respectively by rotating oxygen bomb,FTIR,RULER and acid number.The impact of the turbine oil formulation on its oxidation stability and the characteristics of various test methods in the analysis of oil oxidation were analyzed.Thereby,a more scientific approach for monitoring the oxidation of turbine oil was proposed.
