全覆膜食管支架在治疗食管静脉曲张破裂大出血的应用

Application of Treating Hemorrhage from Esophageal Varices with the Complete Covered Esophageal Stent

目的探讨全覆膜食管支架治疗食管静脉曲张破裂大出血的止血效果,寻求在急诊状态下新的止血方法。方法经胃镜冲洗引流食管腔内的出血后,以距门齿的距离确定出血部位及范围,在透视下以贲门口为食管支架的下端,将支架置入。结果 6例呕血休克患者,食管内支架置入技术操作一次成功,出血停止,经补液和抗休克治疗,生命体征恢复正常。结论全覆膜食管支架治疗食管静脉曲破裂大出血,操作简便,无创伤,止血效果好,无并发症和禁忌症。

Objective To discuss the hemostatic effect of the complete covered esophageal Stent in treating hemorrhage from esophageal varices and explore the new treatment method in emergency state. Methods To confirm the place and scope of hemorrhage and the distance form fore-tooth, taking the cardia ostium as the lower limit of esophageal stent.the stent was placed under fluoroscopy. Results After tile stentplacement was achieved in six patients with shock, was stopped at once, the vital sign get right through the treatment of fluid infusion and antishock. Conclusions The complete covered esophageal sent placement is a simple.effective..rapid and non-invasive.non-complication and non-contraindication method in treating hemorrhage form esophageal varices.
