摘要 目的探讨颈部坏死性筋膜炎(Cervical necrotizing fasciitis,CNF)的病因、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后。方法分析临床诊断CNF一例并结合相关文献进行复习。结果本例CNF合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒,经及时诊断及抢救,成功。结论 CNF起病急、发展快,延误诊断和治疗不当常导致患者死亡。 Objective To investigate the cause, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of Cervical necrotizing fasciitis. Methods To analyze one case of CNF funded on clinic and to review related literatures. Results The case of CNF complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis, after prompt diagnosis and rescue, success. Conclusion CNF rapid onset, rapid development, delay in diagnosis and inappropriate treatment often leads to death of the patient.
