摘要
导致吸入性损伤肺水肿的发生和发展的原因很多,氧自由基是其原因之一。本文通过对次黄嘌呤,黄嘌呤和尿酸在犬血浆中浓度的测定。了解氧自由基对肺水肿发生和发展及治疗措施所起的作用。实验结果显示吸入伤后氧嘌呤类物质明显增加,表明氧自由基是导致吸入伤后肺水肿发生和发展的原因之一,并提示本文试验治疗措施对吸入性损伤有较明显的治疗作用。
Pulmonary edema is accused of being one of the important causes responsible for the high mortality of inhalation injury.Factors in the development of pulmonary edema are many and still not clear up to the present.The aim of the study is to study the effect of oxygen-derived free radicals on the development of pulmonary edema after inhalation injury.The plasma levels of hypoxanthine,xanthine and uric acid were measured in 42 dogs by the highly performable liquid chromatography before and after treatment of smoke inhalation injury. The results showed that the plasma values of hypoxanthine,xanthine and uric acid after inhalation injury,were significantly higher than that before injury,and gradually returned to preinjury level at 6 brs postinjury.The plasma level of hypoxan- thine increased once again after two days in the untreated group,but not in the treated group.Difference between those two groups was significant.It is proposed that the effect of treatment shown in this experiment might play a role in the eli- mination of oxygen free radicals after inhalation injury.
