摘要
推导了大锥面二次包络环面蜗杆传动齿面方程和主要啮合指标的数学表达式 ,通过实例计算得出这种新型蜗杆副具有类似于平面二包蜗杆副的传动啮合性能 ,并得出由于采用大锥面砂轮作为工具母面磨削蜗杆两侧齿面时不需翻转磨头 。
A set of formula of major conical surface double envelope worm gearing have been derived. The computing results indicate this new type of worm gearing is similar to plane double envelope hourglass worm gearing in meshing properties. This type of worm gearing is superior to the plane double envelope hourglass worm gearing in functions.
