摘要
建立了一种起圈织物增强层合板的平拉单胞模型,通过有限元计算预测其平拉强度。研究起圈织物增强层合板的复合成型工艺,制作了符合要求的实验件。对该种材料的短梁剪切、平拉、双面剪切性能进行了实验研究,获得了该材料主要层间力学性能参数,并与传统复合材料层合板的力学性能进行了对比,得出了一些有益的结论,为该材料的性能分析和结构优化奠定了基础。
A flatwise tension cell unit model of looped fabric reinforced laminates was established and the flatwise tension strength was predicted by the finite element calculation. The scheme of manufacturing looped fabric reinforced laminates was investigated and experimental samples for meeting the requirements were made. The experi- mental research on short-beam shear, flatwise tension and double lap shear properties was made and the experimental data of interlaminar mechanical property of this material was got. By comparing with the mechanical property of traditional composite laminates, some beneficial conclusions were obtained, thus establishing foundations for performance analysis and structural optimization of this material.
