摘要
运用型转化理论 [2 ] ,对结晶器四偏心式振动机构仿弧运动轨迹进行了研究。分析了该机构初始安装角误差、曲柄长度误差、连杆长度误差对结晶器外弧中心点及结晶器外弧线下口处仿弧精度的影响 。
In this paper, the method of type transformation is applied to research the simulated arc movement trace of the oscillation mechanism with 4 eccentric axes used in a continuous casting machine. The influence is analyzed of the initial install angle error, the crank length error and the linkage length error to the center point′s trace of the crystallizing mould. The corresponding computer analyzing software with an easy to use interface is also developed.
