摘要
针对浮选药剂人工添加方式劳动强度大、精煤质量不易控制、精煤产率低、生产成本高的缺点,依据选煤厂的实际情况,以PLC为基础设计了一套浮选自动加药控制系统。该系统成功地克服了上述缺点,实现了药剂添加的自动化。
According to the disadvantages of high labor strength, not easy to control the quality of clean coal, low productivity of clean coal, high production costs of feeding medicine with manpower and practical situation of a coal preparation plant, the control system of flotation automatic feeding medicine based on PLC is designed. This system overcomes the short- comings mentioned above. The function of feeding medicine automatically is implemented.
