摘要
运用现代监测技术与小脑模型关节控制器(CMAC)神经网络,研究开发了矿用钻机监测与故障诊断系统。实验结果表明,本系统监测的实时性、精确度均满足要求,并且CMAC神经网络故障诊断技术具有较好的稳定性、快速性和可靠性。
Modem monitor technology and CMAC neural network are used to develop the mine-used drilling monitor and fault diagnosis system. The experiment results show that the monitor real-time and accuracy of the system meet the requirements. The fault diagnosis based on CMAC neural network has advantages of stability, rapidity and reliability.
