基于PHS总线的发动机ECU实时仿真系统设计

摘要 根据某型发动机控制系统试验台的功能及要求,应用Matlab/Simulink系统建模方法,搭建了基于PHS总线的软硬件平台综合仿真系统。在设计的过程中,依据软件的"高内聚、低耦合"理念,实现了系统信息的可自由配置,同时对待测设备进行了模拟故障注入,得到了准确的试验参数关系曲线。结果表明,系统操作方便,达到了设计指标要求,并具有良好的控制效果。 According to requirements and functions of certain engine experiment platform, an integrative simulation system based on PHS-Bus Hardware& Software Platform using Matlab/Simulink modeling methodology is introduced. The principle of "High Coheres, Low Coupling" is used in system design. The flexible reconfiguration of system information is implemented. The system achieves correct conditional curve in fault injection experiment. The experimentations results show that the system has advantages of convenient operation and implement the design requirements and achieves good control effects.
