摘要
目的观察口服匹伐他汀对高血压患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法 60例高血压患者,随机分为对照组和匹伐他汀组,每组30例,分别单服用硝苯地平30 mg.d-1和服用匹伐他汀2 mg.d-1及硝苯地平30 mg.d-1,疗程为3 mo。观察治疗前和治疗3 mo后血压、血脂、血清hs-CRP和补体的变化。结果 2组患者用药3 mo后血压均明显下降(P<0.01),匹伐他汀组与对照组相比血压下降幅度有增大趋势,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组患者治疗前后血脂各项指标无显著变化(P>0.05),匹伐他汀组治疗3 mo后总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和三酰甘油水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。2组治疗前后补体C3、C4水平无显著差异。治疗3 mo后对照组hs-CRP水平与治疗前相比无显著变化(P>0.05),匹伐他汀组hs-CRP水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论匹伐他汀可以在调脂的同时降低高血压患者血清高敏C反应蛋白的水平。
AIM To observe the effect of pitavastatin on high-sensitive C-reactive protein levels in patients with hypertension. METHODS Sixty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups (each n = 30). Control group received nifedipine GITS 30 mg once daily and pitavastatin group received pitavastatin 2 mg and nifedipine GITS 30 mg once daily for 3 months. Blood pressure, serum lipid, high- sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels, complement C3 and C4 were measured before and after the treatment. RESULTS After 3 months of the treatment, the blood pressure levels were significantly decreased in both two groups (P 〈 0.01) . The pitavastatin group induced greater reduction in blood pressure levels in comparison with the control group, but the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05). There were no significantdifferences in serum lipid in the control group when compared with baseline. Total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglycerides (TG) were significantly decreased in the pitavastatin group compared with the control group and baseline (P 〈 0.01 ). However, There were no significant differences in complement C3 and C4 in both two group as compared with baseline (P 〉 0.05). significant changes in control group (P 〉 0.05) but were decreased significantly in The hs-CRP levels were no pitavastatin group after the treatment (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Pitavastatin lowers serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein as well as serum lipid in patients with hypertension .
