中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

目的观察中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将82例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药方剂。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组(86.34%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡,疗效可靠,能明显减少患者复发次数和程度,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 82 cases of recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine treatment of Western medicine,while based on this the treatment group was added with the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.12% and significantly higher than 86.34% in the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine has the reliable effect in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer, can significantly reduce the recurrence frequency and extent without obvious adverse reaction and is worthy of being clinically popularized.
