米非司酮片配伍米索前列醇片用于孕11～14周临床观察

Cinical observation on mifepristone combined with misoprostol in treatment of 11-14 weeks pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮片配伍米索前列醇片用于终止11～14周妊娠的临床效果。方法选择孕11～14周自愿终止妊娠的孕妇89例,应用米非司酮片配伍米索前列醇片终止妊娠,观察药物的临床效果以及不良反应的发生情况。结果终止妊娠成功率为97.8%(87/89),平均出血量为75 ml,有5例出现胃肠道反应,1例发生一过性低热,未予处理自行缓解。未见子宫破裂、羊水栓塞、过敏性休克以及感染等并发症。结论米非司酮片配伍米索前列醇片用于终止孕11～14周妊娠成功率高,安全,有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of 11-14 weeks pregnancy. Methods 89 cases of pregnant with 11-14 weeks pregnancy and voluntarily terminating pregnancy were se- lected and treated by mifepristone combined with misoprostol for terminating pregnancy. The clinical effects of the drugs and oc-currence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The success rate of terminating pregnancy was 97.8% （87/89）. The aver- age amount of bleeding was 75 ml. 5 cases appeared gastrointestinal reactions and 1 case of transient low fever was spontaneously alleviated. No complications such as hysterorrhexis, amniotic fluid embolism, anaphylactic shock and infection occurred. Conclusion The application of mifepristone combined with misoprosto] in the treatment of 11-14 weeks pregnancy has the high suc- cess rate with safety and effective, which is worth for generalization.
