摘要
将木材加工剩余物布置成燃烧床,进行木材加工剩余物室外燃烧实验,通过设置不同的木材加工剩余物的含水率、不同的外界风速,分析二者对燃烧床燃烧时周围的温度场、火蔓延速度、火线强度、火焰高度的影响.实验结果表明,在本实验工况下,当木材加工剩余物的含水率增大或风速减小时,温度场、火蔓延速度、火线强度、火焰高度均降低,反之,这4个指标均增大;当木材加工剩余物的含水率为6%,风速为4,m/s时,燃烧床周围温度场最高,平均火蔓延速度最快,火线强度最高.
The wood processing residues were arranged into a burning bed, and then the experiment on outdoor burning of wood processing residues was conducted in this paper. Different humidity percentages of wood processing residues and external wind speeds were set to analyze their effects on the temperature field around the burning bed, fire spread speed, fire intensity and flame height. The results show that when the moisture content of wood processing residues increases or wind speed decreases, temperature field, fire spread speed, fire intensity and flame height all decrease under this experiment conditions. Conversely, the four indicators increase. When the moisture content of wood processing residues is 6% and the wind speed is 4 m/s, the temperature field around the bed, the average fire spread speed and the fire intensity all reach the maximum.
