急性颅颌面伤40例治疗经验

Therapeutic Experience for 40 Cases of Acute Craniomaxillofacial Trauma

本文报告40例急性颅颌面伤的治疗经验。对不同类型的损伤,选择相应术式。重点是处理颅脑和副鼻窦损伤。颅面骨组织损伤仅有骨缺损者,应争取一期植骨。软组织损伤严重而有缺损时,可选用邻近带蒂皮瓣转移作立即整复。

The clinical characteristics of 40 cases of acute craniomaxillofacial trauma and the experience in their treatment are reviewed,Appropriate operations were selected for the treatment of different kinds of craniomaxillofacial trauma.The proposed principles of surgical treatment of the trauma include the proper treatment of cranial and paranasal sinus injury,the tight closure and repair of the dura mater to prevent cerebrospinal fluid leakage;the performance of immediate autobone grafting for the restoration of craniofacial appearence of bone loss;the use of plastic and reconstructive surgery in the management of maxillofacial soft tissue injury or the immediate transplantation of adjacent pedicled flap for the soft tissues loss if neces- sary.
