摘要
介绍了航空电源系统中谐波污染问题、谐波抑制技术的研究现状及发展趋势,分析了三相整流电路中的谐波和无功功率,完成了滤波模式对三相整流电路PF和THD影响的仿真研究,完成了正激DC/DC变换器拓扑对整流系统PF值及THD影响的仿真研究。仿真结果表明,合理设置输入输出滤波器可有效抑制三相整流电路的谐波,提高功率因数;双路并联双管正激DC/DC变换器可消除开关频率附近的谐波,同时减小功率管的应力。
The harmonic wave pollution and the technology of harmonic suppress are introduced and the harmonic wave and reactive power in 3-phase rectifier are analyzed in the paper first, and then the filter mode effecting on PF and THD in 3-phase rectifier and the topology effectiug on PF and THD in DC/DC converter are finished. The simulation result state that proper input and output filter can suppress the harmonic wave and improve power factor, and two parallel two IGBT DC/DC converter can suppress the harmonic wave near the switching frequency, and decrease the force in IGBT.
