摘要
随着工业生产大型化,大口径大流量测量日益增加,为了使变水头大流量装置更精确的应用于大口径大流量的测量中,利用单片机能够实现PID调节的关键技术,能够在在标定过程中当高位槽中液位下降,调节阀的开度也随着增加,从而使得流量保持在一个恒定的状态。由于采用了利用流体自由降落和阀门动态调节流量的关键技术,解决了恒水头法标定过程中水泵必须向水流量标准装置持续注水以保持压头不变的过程,节省了大量的电力资源,是一种方便并且节约的一种新的标定方法。
As the industrial production becomes a large-scale, the measurement of large diameter and big flow increases gradually to make a more precise application used Variable faucet large flow device.We use the microcontroller to realize PID regulations,which can ensure the flow remaining a constant state by opening the valve a bit when the level of the high slot decreases.h's a new conve- nient calibration of high performance by applying the technology of fluid free falling and valve's flow dynamic adjusted,which can not only solve the problem that pumps should inject water to keep the pressure unchanged in the calibration ,but also save a large amount of power resources.
