3G是近年来兴起的前沿无线通信技术,依托3G网络的数字图书馆将成为用户获取信息的重要途径。分析了现代阅读方式的变化即:移动化和多媒体化,进而阐述了3G技术与数字图书馆的融合,以及在3G背景下数字图书馆建设中应该注意的问题,并给出方法与措施。

3G is the front wireless communication technology which has emerged recent years.Depending on the 3G network ,the digital library will become the important way forthe user to gain information.The changes of the modern reading way： Migration and multimedia reading,are analyzesd , the fusion of the 3G technology and digital library are elaborated in this paper, as well as the questions which in the digital library construction should be paid attention to under the 3G background and the auther gives the methods and the measures.
