摘要
激活蛋白-2(AP-2)转录因子家族包括AP-2α、β、γ、δ和ε5个成员,在调节细胞增殖、分化和凋亡以及哺乳动物的胚胎发育中起到重要作用;近年研究发现激活蛋白-2与乳腺癌的发生相关,至少3个AP-2家族成员AP-2α、AP-2β和A P-2γ在乳腺癌中表达;抑制癌基因P53和WWox、转录共激活物、癌基因HER2的表达、以及AP-2蛋白质的翻译后修饰都参与调控AP-2在乳腺癌中的作用。
AP-2,a nuclear transcription factor family, is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentia- tion, apoptosis and carcinogenesis. At least three of the five AP-2 family members have been identified, AP-2ot, AP- 26 and AP-2γ are related with the development of the breast cancer; transactivation fuetion of AP-2 is regulated by tumor suppressor gene WWOX and P53 ,HER2 oncogene,trascriptional coactivators and AP-2 protein modifications.
