摘要 右美托咪啶为一种新型高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,主要作用于脑干蓝斑核内的α2肾上腺素能受体产生类似人自然睡眠状态的镇静效果。基础实验研究表明右美托咪啶还可通过抗交感、抑制细胞凋亡、抑制氧化应激及炎性反应等多种途径对重要脏器如脑、心脏、肾脏、肝脏和肺脏发挥保护作用。 Dexmedetomidine is a novel and highly selective α2-adrenergic agonist. Its action is mediated by α2-ad- renoreceptors within the brain stem locus coeruleus, causing a sedative effect similar to that of natural sleep. A large body of experimental evidence indicate that dexmedetomidine has significant organ protection effects, through a va- riety of ways such as sympatholysis, anti-apoptotic, inhibition of oxidative stress and inflammatory response.
