摘要
本文对于 Pn 结对数转换器的设计,在以下几方面有所突破:(1)首次提出了 Pn 结对数转换器本征斜率的概念;(2)温度补偿偏置电路的设计和其他温度补偿措施的提出;(3)新颖死区电路的设计和精密限幅电路的采用.作者设计和制作的双通道并联相加的对数转换器的指标实测结果是:输入动态范围≥100dB(1μV~100mV),精度0.1dB,温度稳定性(0℃-40℃):0.1dB.
Some breakthrouh in the design and implementation of the logarithmic converter has been made.This work for the first time suggested the concept of intrinsic logarithmic slope,which is of vital importance to the design and the implementation of a logarithmic converter.Secondly novel bias circuits for temperature compensation have been proposed. Thirdly newly designed dead region circuit and the adaptation of a high precision clipping circuit have ensured the success of the worck.A loga- rithmic converter by summing up two parallel channels has been com- pleted.The specifications achieved are:input dynamic range 100dB(1μV- 100mV),error(18℃ to 24℃,output 250mV to 10000mV)0.1dB,tempera- ture drift(0℃ to 40℃)0.1dB.
