摘要
通过对35CrMoA钢热处理工艺、组织和力学性能的研究,优化了风电高强螺栓热处理工艺参数,很好地满足了风电高强螺栓性能要求,为以后此类材料零件毛坯的热处理提供了技术支持。
Based on the research of the heat-treatment process, microstructure and mechanical properties of 35CrMoA steel, the heat-treatment process parameters were optimized and the performance requirement can perfectly meet the high-strength bolt in wind power, which can provide technical support for the heat treatment of the part blanks with this kind of material.
