摘要
采用金相显微镜及扫描电镜,结合常规实验方法对某汽车轮胎断裂螺栓的断口形貌、组织和化学成分进行分析。结果表明,螺栓基体中存在的大量氢引起的氢致延迟断裂是螺栓发生断裂的主要原因。
The fracture apperance, microstructure and chemical composition of the fractured bolt in automobile tire was analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and conventional test methods. The results show that hydrogen induced delay cracking arises from hydrogen in the matrix is the main reason that lead to the fracture of the bolt.
