摘要 为了制定SKS51钢合理的轧后冷却工艺,在Gleeble3800热模拟实验机上测定了其动态连续冷却转变曲线。实验结果表明:终轧温度(900℃)相同时,冷速小于1.5℃/s,室温组织全部为珠光体;冷速大于15℃/s,组织全部为马氏体。冷速(0.7℃/s)相同时,随着终轧温度降低,相变开始转变温度升高,硬度呈下降趋势。 To make a reasonable cooling process for SKS51 steel after roiling, its dynamic continuous cooling transformation curves were measured with the Gleeble 3800 thermal simulation machine. The results show that the entire microstructure is pearlite with the cooling rate below 1.5℃/s, but is all martensite with the cooling rate over 15℃/s, at the same final rolling temperature 900℃. As the final rolling temperature reduction, the phase transformation temperatu re increases, and the hardness decreases, at the same cooling rate 0.7℃/s.
