摘要 根据球墨铸铁支架形状复杂的特点,设计两个内浇道同时浇注铸件,采用无冒口工艺,实现了顺序凝固。利用ViewCast铸造模拟软件对支架的凝固过程进行了模拟计算,预测球墨铸铁件的缩孔、缩松缺陷。根据数值模拟结果并结合理论分析,对铸造工艺方案进行了优化设计。通过改进浇注系统位置,并再次进行凝固模拟,最终消除了铸造缺陷,获得了合理的铸造工艺方案。 For the complex shape of nodular iron bracket, two ingates were designed for casting at the same time. Using the non-riser technology, the solidfying orderly was achieved. The View-Cast software was employed to simulate the solidification process of the nodular iron bracket and the shrinkage and porosity were forecasted. According to the results of numerical simulation as well as theoretical analysis, the casting process program was optimized. Through improving casting system position, solidification simulation was carried out again. Eventually the defects in casting were eliminated, and the reasonable program of the casting process was obtained.
