摘要
改进了AZ91镁合金定向凝固的一个方法。采用这种方法制备出了在受控凝固条件下AZ91镁合金微观结构的试样。AZ91镁合金的主要成分镁和铝与石英、陶瓷铸型和金属型材料发生剧烈的化学反应。采用综合的措施,包括涂料保护选定的钢管材料和限制熔融温度等,能保持定向凝固前沿的温度梯度。
A method of the directional solidification for AZ91 magnesium alloys was developed. The samples of microstructures of AZ91 magnesium alloys under controlled conditions were prepared by above method. These liquid alloys, containing both magnesium and aluminum, and the materials of ceramic or metallic container aris poignant chemical reaction. When an integrated measures were used, selected steel tube material of the coating protection and limitation of the melt temperature, the sufficiently high thermal gradients can preserve directional solidification.
