摘要
按照B400VK高强度钢板热冲压工艺规范设计出等温拉伸实验方案,用Gleeble1500热模拟机测出材料在不同温度下变形的力学性能,为有限元分析和实验研究提供依据。基于有限元软件Dynaform分析了U形件冷冲压和热冲压条件下的回弹量。有限元分析结果和试验结果比较,证明有限元方法是有效的。
Experiment project of isothermal tension was designed according to hot stamping technics of B400VK high strength plant. And the mechanical properties in defferent temperature were measured with the Gleeble 1500 test machine, which provided parameters for FEA and experiment.The springhack was studied on the U-shaped part under stamping and hot stamping based on Dynaform software. The comparison of numerical simulation results with experimental ones shows that FEM analysis results are reliable.
