基于Hyper Study的挤压模工作带长度的优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 以某多边形空心铝型材为研究对象,采用Hyper Study有限元平台对挤压模工作带长度进行优化分析。结果表明:型材的出口速度更加均匀,型材变形也小,这对平面分流组合模的工作带长度确定及提高型材质量有重要作用。 Taking a polygon-hollow-aluminum profile as the research object, the working-length for extrusion die was analyzed and optimized with Hyper Study finite element. The results show that the velocity of profile is more uniform than before,the deformation and stress of aluminum profiles become much smaller,which plays a very important role to make certain the working-length and improve the quality of profiles.
