先进的科学技术与先进的管理方法是现代社会经济发展的“两只车轮”。在制造业，基于此而形成了先进的制造技术。制造业一直是国民经济的支柱产业之一，从世界范围来看，制造业经历了从２０世纪６０年代的成本竞争到２０世纪末２１世纪初的以创新能力为标志的综合水平竞争，已发展到了较高的水平，这使得我国采用先进制造技术显得更为迫切。应加快步伐，有计划、有步骤、有选择地引进国外先进技术，并创新提高，为我所用，创造出中国的先进制造技术。

Manufacturing in- dustry is one of the pillar industry in national economy. Seen from the range of the whole globe, the manufacturing industry underwent the competition of 'Cost' in the 1960s and will undergo the competition of general level signed by 'innovation' in 2010s. So this, should introduce the foreign AMT under the plan and selection, and must integrate our country's reality. Moreover, it should be innovated, improved and usd of by us.
