摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相检验及综合分析等方法对40Cr滑块产生的裂纹进行分析。结果表明:该材料在锻造过程中,因锻造工艺不当产生带状组织;带状组织与硫化物夹杂二者共同作用导致滑块产生锻造裂纹。
The crock of forging 40Cr slide was analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallography inspection and analysis. The results show that the function of the formed zonal structure due to the wrong forging process and non-metallic sulphides inclusion leads to the crack of forging slide.
