摘要
超超临界材料1Cr10NiMoW2VNbN钢毛坯改锻后经调质处理发现毛坯中心贯穿性裂纹。通过对裂纹附近不同位置取样作金相检验,不能确定其非金属夹杂物性质。利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对金相样进行SEM观察和区域成分分析,发现裂纹处材质明显不同于基体成分。最终确认,钢材冶炼时对杂质元素控制不当,造成锻件中心夹杂物超标,并在锻造过程中诱发裂纹并扩展。
Some penetrative cracks were found in the centre of the blank of ultra supercritical materials 1Cr10NiMoW2VNbN after forging by quenching and tempering. The properties of non-metallic inclusions could not be determined by metallographic examination for different positions of the blank about crack. However it was found that the composition was different between the positions of blank about the cracks and matrix by SEM and analysis of region composition. It was confirmed finally that improper control of impurity elements during smelting cause the inclusions over standard and induce the cracks extending during forging.
