摘要 随着科技的进步和社会的发展,智能电网对自动化水平提出了更高的要求,从而使得通信在电力系统中的作用变得越来越重要。本文根据电力通信网的实际发展情况,提出了基于被影响因素构建指标体系的设计思想。文章首先归纳介绍了指标体系的设计原则,然后采用层次化结构设计了电力通信网可靠性评估指标体系模型,制定了电力通信网可靠性指标评估依据和评估方法,并通过专家调研,利用层次分析法确定了指标权重,初步构建了电力通信网可靠性评估指标体系。 With the progress of science and technology and the development of the society, a higher automation level is suggested at the request of smart grid. This makes electric communications play a more and more important role in the power system. In view of the actual development of power communication networks, the specific idea of designing an index system based on influenced factors is proposed in this paper. First, the design principles of index system are generally introduced. Then the evaluation system model of electric power communication network reliability is designed using the hierarchical structure and the assessment method of the electric power communication network, is drawn up. Via investigating to the experts related, the index weights are determined using AHP and the index system of reliability evaluation for electric power communication is formulated initially.
