水稻种子耐贮藏分子生物学研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 作为遗传物质的载体,种子质量在很大程度上决定了植株的生长发育和产量,对水稻种子耐贮藏分子机理的研究已成为当前研究的重点。从水稻种子耐贮藏分子标记、耐贮藏基因克隆及蛋白质组学等方面对水稻种子耐贮藏研究最新进展进行综述,并在此基础上提出水稻耐贮藏性进一步研究设想,包括深入开展水稻种子耐贮藏基因挖掘和机理研究、加强水稻种子耐贮藏生物育种研究等。 As the carriers of genetic material, seed quality determines the growth and yield of plants, genetic and molecular mechanism research of rice seed storability has become the current focus. In this paper, the latest research progress of rice seed storability were reviewed, including molecular markers, the storability gene cloning and proteomies etc. Further research ideas were proposed to improve rice seed storability, for example, researching for gene cloning and molecular mechanism of seed storability, breeding varieties for good seed storability.
