广州市郊蔬菜重金属污染研究 被引量:11

Investigation of heavy metal pollution in vegetables in guanghzou suburban

摘要 以广州5个郊区(县级市)为研究对象,通过对该地区大型蔬菜生产基地中5种蔬菜53个样品中重金属元素As、Hg、Pb、Cd、Cr的含量进行分析,初步摸清了广州郊区蔬菜中的重金属污染状况,并对不同郊区不同蔬菜品种之间的污染程度和综合污染指数进行了比较。结果表明,蔬菜中As、Hg、Pb、Cd、Cr的平均含量分别为0.0208、0.0010、0.0409、0.0273、0.0763 mg/kg,均未超出国家食品标准的允许量;5种重金属的综合污染指数由大到小为:As>Pb>Cd>Cr>Hg;As、Pb是广州市郊地区蔬菜中的主要污染元素。各类蔬菜的综合污染指数均小于1,表明绝大部分蔬菜可以放心食用。 The paper studied five heavy metals (arsenic and mercury, lead, cadmium and chrome ) in 5 kinds of vegetables and 53 samples from the vegetables production base in Guangzhou. The different vegetables, the difference of different vegetable varieties of suburban between pollution levels and comprehensive pollution index were compared. The results showed that As, Hg, Pb, Cd and Cr average contents in edible parts of vegetables were 0.0208, 0.0010, 0.0409, 0.0273 and 0.0763 mg/kg, all were in the permitted level. The heavy metal pollution index by large comprehensive to small were As, Pb, Cd, Cr and Hg. As, Pb were the major pollutant elements in Guangzhou. All the pollution indexes of the heavy metals on vegetables were less than 1. It showed that most of guangzhou's vegetables could be taken safely.
