摘要
在干燥通风阻力试验台上,考察稻谷通风阻力特性,在不同风量条件下对比分析粮层厚度、粮层阻力和风量谷物比之间的关系。结果表明,在不同层厚通风过程中,粮层阻力与粮层风速呈非线性关系,风量的大小与干燥层厚度成负相关,风阻力的大小与干燥层厚度成正相关,粮层阻力随着风量谷物比的减小而增大。
To study the characteristics of ventilation resistance of paddy, the paper analyzed the corresponding relationship between the paddy depth, ventilation resistance of paddy and ratio of air flux to grain mass in the ventilation drying test-bed in different air flux conditions. The results showed the non-linear relationship between grain resistance and the air velocity through the grain layer, negative correlation between wind volume and grain layer thickness, on the contrary, the wind resistance was positively effected by grain layer thickness, the ventilation resistance of paddy could be improved by reducing the ratio of air flux to grain
