摘要
以大豆油、甲醇为原料,以浓H2SO4为催化剂制备脂肪酸甲酯。研究了甲醇用量、催化剂用量、水用量、相容剂用量、反应温度及反应时间等几个因素对酯交换反应的影响。通过正交试验分析得出最佳制备工艺条件为:水用量2.0%(质量分数,以下同),甲醇用量20%,催化剂用量2.0%,相容剂用量1.5%,反应温度78℃,反应时间9h。
Fatty acid methyl esters were prepared by the transesterification of soybean oil and methyl alcohol in the presence of HzSO4 as catalyst. The effect of such factors as the amount of methyl .alcohol, catalyst, water and resolver, reaction temperature and time was investigated in this paper. Orthogonal experiments of parameters in a four-factor and three-level test showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the amount of water, methyl alcohol, catalyst and resolver was 2.0%, 20%, 2.0 % and 1.5 % respectively, the reaction time was 9 hours and the reaction temperature was 78℃
