摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗在膝骨性关节炎关节镜术后康复中的疗效。方法:将80例确诊为膝骨性关节炎,需进行膝关节镜清理术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各组40例,对照组术后给予膝关节局部安慰剂熏洗,观察组给予中药熏洗治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组能够明显减轻患者主观疼痛程度、关节肿胀、促进膝关节功能、运动能力恢复,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗在膝骨性关节炎关节镜术后康复中疗效显著。
Objective：To recommend a new rehabilitation treatment for knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic surgery and evaluate its effect. Methods：80 cases of knee osteoarthritis after arthroseopic knee surgery were ran- domly divided into control group given placebo fumigation and observation group treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Then the effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The subjective pain and joint swelling of observation group were significantly reduced , and the knee function and exercise capacity recovered rapidly; compared with control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine fmnigation has significant effect on knee osteoarthritis rehabilitation after arthroscopy.
