安氏Ⅱ类前牙深覆的早期矫治体会

Early orthodontic treatment for class Ⅱ malocclusion with deep overbite

目的：总结混合牙列期矫治安氏Ⅱ类前牙深覆黯的体会，探讨早期矫治的临床意义。方法：回顾分析10例7-10岁安氏Ⅱ类前牙深覆[牙合]患儿的研究模型及临床资料。结果：矫治结束后6例患儿覆牙合覆盖基本正常；4例下颌后缩严重的患儿覆牙合覆盖控制在Ⅰ°以内；所有患者的软组织侧貌均有明显的改善。结论：对于安氏Ⅱ类前牙深覆胎儿童，尽早解除下颌发育障碍，引导口颌系统正常发育非常重要。

Objective：To discuss the necessity of early orthodontic treatment for class Ⅱ malocclusion with deep overbite. Methods：Ten children between 7-10 ages of class Ⅱ malocclusion with deep overbite were selected. Study models and clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed. Results：After treatment the normal overjet and overbite of six patients were basicly normal.The overjet and overbite of four patients with severe retrusive mandible were controlled within Ⅰ°.Soft tissue profiles of all cases were improved significantly. Conclusion：For the children of classⅡ malocclusion with deep overbite,it＇s very important to relieve the disorders of mandibular development and guide the normal development of stomatognathic system as early as possible.
