骨髓间充质干细胞治疗创伤性脑损伤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI),亦称颅脑损伤,是由外伤引起的脑组织损害,其致残率和病死率较高。创伤性脑损伤的机制较为复杂,涉及细胞损害、死亡和星形胶质细胞形成胶质瘢痕等。对TBI的治疗方法主要有两种.即神经营养因子治疗和细胞替代治疗。对TBI发病的详细机制及其损伤修复治疗已成为近年来神经科学研究的热点之一。
