摘要
分析了某产品制造流程中过量生产、库存积压、缺货等问题形成的原因和改进的必要,提出了运用精益价值管理的思想和方法对生产过程进行重新构建,介绍了进一步运用精益思想和先进计算机技术对生产管理手段进行改进,使生产部门建立以市场需求拉动零件生产的精益生产方式.实践表明,对生产模式的精益化改造大大缩短了生产周期,提高了产品质量,提高了合同履约率.
The reasons of some problems and their im provement necessities are analyzed, such as too many of product manufacturing, stock to put off and out of stock. Making use of the thought and method of the lean value management is put forward and process to carry on to the product analysis and definition is made. After practice, pulling the Jing benefit that the spare parts produces mode of production by market demands is build up, which consumedly shortens the production period.
