Non-operative Treatment for Traumatic Intracranial Hematomas

本文报告CT检查的100例急性外伤性颅内血肿非手术治疗的经验体会。认为患者的意识障碍程度及动态变化,CT所示血肿的大小及部位、中线结构移位程度、颅内压力的高低,对选择非手术治疗具有决定性意义。

We report the results of 100 cases of CT proved acute traumatic intracranial hematomas treated conservatively.In our practice,whether these patients received conservative treatment or not depends on the state of consciousness,the size and location of the hematoma,the extent of the shift of the midline structures and the level of intracranial pressure.
