止血带下肢体缺血再灌流损伤的实验探讨 被引量:8

摘要 采用动物实验模型,观察止血带下不同缺血、不同再灌流时间、患肢静脉血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量和肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)的变化,并辅以肌组织病理检查。实验结果患肢缺血再灌流后SOD酶活性显著降低,LPO浓度和CPK含量显著增高,缺血再灌流损伤的程度与缺血时间、范围和程度明显相关。实验表明超氧自由基对肢体微循环系统的脂质过氧化损害,在止血带缺血再灌流损伤的病理生理变化中可能起重要的作用。 Using laboratory models we studied the changes of the superoxide dismutase acti- vity(SOD),the concentration of lipoperoxides(LPO) and the creatine phosphokinase activity(CPK) in the different period of the tourniquet ischemia and reperfusion.In addition,the pathological changes in the skeletal muscles were also studied.The results show:SOD activity decreased,LPO concentration and CPK activity increased remarkably following the tourniquet ischemia and reperfusion in the extremities.The degree of the tourniquet ischemia and reperfusion lesions was obviously related with the period, size and degree of the ischemia The experiment results suggested that it was probably played a very important role in pathophysiology of the tourniquet ischemia and reper- fusion injury.
