摘要
本文研究了快速凝固Cu -Cr -Zr -Mg合金在时效过程中 ,析出与再结晶的交互作用及其对显微硬度的影响。研究结果表明 :形变使得快速凝固合金时效析出相更加细小弥散 ,析出过程先于再结晶过程 ,并对再结晶的形核和长大过程产生阻碍作用。使得冷变形后的合金在较高温度下时效 ,仍可达到较高的硬度 ,如冷变形 4 0 %的合金在 50 0℃时效 30min ,其显微硬度值可达Hv2 2 0。
The mutual action of precipitation and recrystallization and its effects on the microhardness of RS Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy upon aging were investigated in this paper.The experimental results have shown that upon aging the precipitates of the RS alloy become finer due to the deformation prior to the aging process,the precipitation,retarding the nucleation and growth of the recrystallization grains,takes place before the recrystallizaiton,which results in certain higher microhardness for the cold deformed alloy even aged at higher temperatures.The microhardness of the alloy,about 40% cold deformed,could reach to as high as Hv 220 upon aging at 500℃ for 30min.
