成都市机动车交通事故流行病学调查

An Investigation of Epidemiology of Motor Vehicle Accidents in Chengdu

本文报告成都市1978～1987年间机动车交通事故(MVA)动向和1987年MVA流行病学特点。十年来MVA呈现逐年加重的趋势。1987年MVA年发生率达43.09/10万人,受伤率28.72/10万人,死亡率8.08/10万人。最为严重的是机动车——自行车冲突事故,半数以上的伤亡由此造成;其次为机动车——行人冲突事故,约三分之一死亡由此造成。机动车互相冲突事故比较突出,近三分之一事故由此造成。初步分析了1987年MVA及其死亡事故的流行病学特点。对MVA的严重危害和综合治理的重要性也进行了讨论。

Statistical change of traffic accidents due to motor vehicles from 1978 through 1987 and the epidemiological features of it in 1987 in Chengdu are investigated.There has been a tendency of yearly increase of motor vehicle accidents (MVA) in the past 10 years.The annual incidence was 43.09^(-5) population,the annual injury rate 28,72^(-5) and the annual mortality rate 8.08~5.Motor vehicle-bicycle collision apparently was the most serious that caused more than one half of the traffic injuries and deaths. Motor vehicle-pedestrian collision was the next,attributable to approximately one-third of the deaths,and the motor-motor collision comparatively less serious constituting approximately one third of the accicents.Epidemiological chareteristics and deaths due to MVA are analysed.The seriousness of increasing traffic accidents due to MVA and the urgent need of comprehensive traffic regulation are strssed.
