Quick charge is the key technology of developing electric automobile and has been widely applied in daily life. The software and hardware for accomplishing quick charge by using intelligent fuzzy control theory and new type microcontroller technology are described in this paper. This device charges quickly, is stable, reliable and compact, has tremendously practical value.
