Development of the ZCLQ intelligent vaccum measuring instrument

本文叙述以 DL— 5电离真空规为传感器 ,用单片机进行控制和测量的一种新型智能真空测量仪。该仪器的特点是采用单片机控制发射电流 ,这样 ,不仅提高了测量精度 ,而且将发射电流参入计算 ,有助于扩展量程。该仪采用了软件抗干扰措施 。

In this paper,we narrated that there is new intelligent vaccum measuring instrument controlled by single chip microcomputer with the sensor of the vaccum guage DL5.The distinguish features of this instrument is that we adopted the single ship microcomputer controls the launch electric current,such as,we not only raised the measuring precision,but also went on calculation with the launch electric current and expounded its measurement.The instrument applied the resisting interference measure in software,has the function of selfdiagnosing and selfprotecting.
