摘要
研究了全电动注塑机的注射、塑化、锁模等三个部件的伺服动力驱动系统之间的运动学和力学的主要技术参数之间的关联,提出了全电动注塑机伺服动力驱动系统的运动学和力学的主要技术参数的计算理论,特别创新提出了系统力学的计算关键——滚珠丝杠副力学的新计算理论,探讨了伺服动力驱动系统伺服电机、滚珠丝杠副的选用原则,经和日本东洋si-100(C75)全电动注塑机所选用的伺服动力驱动件技术参数和系统技术参数进行验证,表征了其计算理论和选用原则的合理性及适用性。根据计算理论分析研究了伺服动力驱动系统和执行部件之间的运动学的动态响应关联特性。提出了伺服动力驱动系统与执行部件之间的运动学和力学的技术参数的关联设计理论。比较了伺服动力驱动系统与液压动力驱动系统之间在运动学和动力学方面的特点,探讨了其设计特点。
Study the relationship between main kinematics and mechanics technical parameters of servo drive system of injection,plasticizing and clamping parts of all-electric operated molding machine,bring up calculation theory of kinematics and mechanics of all-electric operated molding machine servo drive system,especially the key calculation of system mechanics——new mechanical calculation of ball screw assembly,explore the selection principle of servo motor and ball screw assembly of servo drive systems,verify servo power-driven and system technical parameters of Toyo si-100(C75) all-electric operated molding machine,characterize rationality and applicability of calculation theory and selection principle.Analyze and study the kinematics dynamic response association between servo drive system and implementation components according to the calculation theory.Bring up association design theory of technical parameters of kinematics and mechanics between servo drive system and implementation components.Compare kinematics and dynamic characteristics with servo drive system and hydraulic drive system,and explore its design features.
