系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中B细胞转录激活因子与IL-17的水平及其意义 被引量:3

Clinical significance of the elevated serum BATF and IL-17 levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 目的分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血清中辅助性T细胞17(Th17)细胞相关因子B细胞转录激活因子(BATF)和白介素-17(IL-17)的表达水平变化,分别比较BATF、IL-17水平与疾病活动和各个临床特征的关系及两者之间的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测102例SLE患者及30例健康人血清中BATF和IL-17的表达水平并进行分析。结果活动期与非活动期SLE患者血清BATF和IL-17水平均较健康对照组升高(P<0.05),活动期较非活动期升高(P<0.05),SLE患者血清BATF与IL-17水平呈正相关(r=0.455,P<0.05);狼疮性肾炎组血清BATF和IL-17水平高于非狼疮性肾炎组(P<0.05);在皮肤黏膜损害组与非皮肤黏膜损害组、关节炎组与非关节炎组、血液系统损害组与非血液系统损害组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SLE患者血清BATF和IL-17水平与SLEDAI评分呈正相关(r=0.319,r=0.324,P均<0.05);IL-17与24h尿蛋白定量正相关(r=0.25,P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者血清中Th17细胞相关因子BATF和IL-17水平明显异常,与疾病的发生发展和肾脏的损害相关,Th17细胞可能在SLE的发病中起着重要作用。 Objective To measure the levels of Th 17 cell-related cytokines BATF (B cell activating transcription factor)and interleukin (IL)-17 in serum of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). To analyze the correlation between serum level of BATF and IL -17, and these two indexes with disease activity as well as clinical featares. Methods Serum levels eft BATF and IL-17 were measured by ELISA in 102 patients with SLE and 30 healthy controls. Results The serum levels of BATF and IL-17 were significantly higher in both active and inactive SLE patients compared with the controls (both P 〈 O. 05 ), especMly in active SLE patients. A positive correlation was found between BATF and IL -17 levels in SLE patients (r = 0. 455, P 〈 O. 05 ). The BATF and IL-17 serum levels were higher in the lupus nephritis (LN) group than in the SLE patients without LN ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no differences between SLE patients with skin lesions and without skin lesions , with arthritis and without arthritis, and with hematologic damage and non -hematologic damage ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The serum levels of BATF and IL-17 were positively correlated with SLEDAI score (r --0. 319 ,r =0. 324 ,both P 〈0. 05 ). A positive correlation was also found between the level of 1L-17 and 24-hour urine protein in SLE patients (r = O. 25,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The serum levels of Thl7 cell-related cytokines BATF and IL-17 in SLE patients were elevated. They might be related to the development of SLE and kidney damage and imply that the BATF and IL -17 play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
